During our time spent researching Vegas Mobile Casino, we’ve had to contact the customer support team several times. Unfortunately, not one of these times was satisfactory. The email support simply refused to reply to our emails. The Live chat support, while available 24/7, wasn’t very helpful at all. They either didn’t understand our simple questions or refused to provide us with answers claiming how they could be found on the website itself or in the Vegas Mobile Casino FAQs. The live chat support also claimed that they are purely there to support players with their games and not reviewers. Needless to say, we did not find the customer support satisfactory.

In regards to player reviews, they are not very favourable. Many players complain about the casino having hidden and unexplained terms, how the customer support does not offer help and how the payout speed is slow.
