The overall instability of the website and the fact we had trouble getting to the Terms and Conditions page left us with more questions than we’d like to admit. We were hopeful that the customer support team was going to assist us with our review, however, the proved to be a problem on its own. Even though the casino does offer live chat, email, and telephone support, there are quite a few limitations.

Email support is available 24/7, however, it is unclear how long it will take someone to respond. Telephone support is available from 10:30 to 18:30 (MDT). Live chat support is only available from 10 AM to 10 PM (CEST) and only to registered users.

Needless to say, we found that such limitations are needlessly rigorous and asked the casino why they have decided to make such a decision. Their response was that the casino is still “in development” and that fewer restrictions will be available in the future. While the live chat support did assist us, it’s clear that the casino has a long way to go before it can stand toe-to-toe with other online casinos.
